A Late Baroque porcelain coffee-pot with a lid. One side is painted with a sailing boat at sea, below it inscribed in a cartouche “L’esperance me guide”; the other side is painted with a pyramid-shaped memorial inscribed with “Pour le Souvenir” and below in a cartouche “A l’amie“. The domed cover is decorated with a swallow in flight and the inscription “Aprés le répos”.
